Dear Alma Brasileira,
Thank you so much for playing at our opening. It could not have been a success without the two of you. When you first emailed me I looked up Choro music and saw it described as “New Orleans Jazz of Brazil.” I was intrigued. Your music is amazing and practically impossible to describe in words. Thank you so very much for sharing your talents, time and music with us.

Thank you for the wonderful contribution Choro da Alegria made to our wedding; I cannot tell you how glad we are that you were part of our celebration. You brought such class to our event. We also appreciate your help in choosing songs for the ceremony itself. They were perfect – a lovely tune at the beginning and another to end the ceremony with just the right note to match our joy. Thanks again for your beautiful work.

Choro da Alegria is fantastic. We had a party of about 80 people and the music could not have been better. Tom and his bandmates provided uplifting music that filled the room with rhythmic sounds based in the music of Brazil providing not only a backdrop but also the driving energy for a good time. There was lively conversation and crowd pleasing music that kept the party going strong and longer than anticipated. Choro da Alegria provided the perfect music for this amazingly diverse group of people which was younger, older and included all walks of life and all had the best time. The compliments are still coming!

Alma Brasileira were a fantastic addition to our garden party. They showed up and set up on time with a professional and friendly attitude. The music was lovely, and our guests truly enjoyed the lively and upbeat choro rhythms. Thanks Tom and Peter, for the great entertainment, and we look forward to hearing you play again soon!

You two were great as expected and made the night extra special.
We so enjoyed hearing your music this last Saturday evening. We were there for Happy Hour prior to going to the symphony, so it was a great treat to have the evening kicked off with your wonderful music. Thank you again for your wonderful music.
– DebbieThanks so much for playing at our BRAVO benefit. I wish there’d been more time available, because people were really enjoying your music (especially us). We had a pretty successful fundraiser and helped increase awareness of BRAVO. Thanks for the donation of your time and music.– Ted and Mary
Dear Alma Brasileira,When Weston and I were planning our celebration, one of the first things we talked about was live music! I am so tickled and honored that you were available and willing to be part of this. It means so much for me to have people from all contexts of my life to come together and celebrate with your tunes facilitating such happiness! With appreciation, Val
Dear Tom and Peter,
Thank you so much for blessing our gathering last night with your lovely music which really did set the stage and surround us with sounds of Brazilian music which we all love…It was quite a special gathering as some of us have not seen each other since the late 60’s — Hard to believe really. It was great that you joined us for dinner and got to hear some of the stories, memories from our group. Really we were scratching the surface of our memories as the six months we were in Brazil, was life changing…Your contribution was perfect and we are very, very thankful for the array of Brazilian music you shared with us.
